This R&T privacy policy (“R&T Privacy Policy”) is issued on behalf of Reich & Tang Deposit Networks, LLC (d/b/a R&T Deposit Solutions and its affiliates, together, “R&T,” “us,” or “our”) and describes the personal information that we collect or receive from or about you when you visit https://rnt.com/ (“Website”) or otherwise use our products or services (together, the “Services”) and the ways in which we use and share it.

Please note that R&T provides certain Services to financial institutions and other clients (e.g., banks, credit unions, trust companies, and broker-dealers) (together, “Institutional Clients”) as a service provider. Our Institutional Clients may provide us, through our delivery of Services, with information about the individuals with whom they do business (e.g., the Institutional Clients’ customers). Our handling of such information, including how we collect, use and disclose such information, is governed by our written agreements with our Institutional Clients and not by this R&T Privacy Policy. In certain instances, we may record calls for customer service and training purposes.

You may provide information to third parties who act on our behalf. We collect and receive information when you provide your information to our third-party service providers, business partners and vendors that we engage to assist us in providing Services to you. Such third parties may include website providers and entities that assist us in sponsoring events. The information collected by such entities may include your name, contact details, IP address and other online identifiers, or information regarding the events you attend.

These parties may include companies that host our Services, provide web analytics, provide data analysis, perform data processing, provide fraud prevention, information technology and related infrastructure services, provide customer service, distribute emails to you, serve targeted ads or measure ad performance, or help us communicate with you.
  • When you request any of our Services. We will share your information to the extent necessary or appropriate to fulfill your request.
  • When required to do so by applicable laws or regulations or requirement of any regulatory agency. For example, we may share your personal information in response to a court order or a subpoena. We also may disclose such information in response to a law enforcement or regulatory agency’s request.

Cookies, Online Tracking and Targeted Advertising

Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies
