Curey will report to Chief Executive Officer Susan Cosgrove and will lead the company’s core deposit solutions platform, overseeing business strategy, product delivery, revenue generation, and operations.

Earlier in his career, Curey held several senior executive roles at ADP, including President of Global Human Capital Management and SVP of Strategy and Business Development. He began his career at McKinsey & Company, where he advised Fortune 500 clients on strategy, growth, and operational performance.
“I’m honored to join R&T at such a pivotal time in its growth journey,” said Theo Curey. “This company has an outstanding platform, a reputation for excellence, and a client network that plays a vital role in the broader financial ecosystem. I’m excited to partner with Susan and the entire leadership team to build on that foundation and help R&T deliver even greater value through innovation, execution, and operational strength.”
