Our Board of Managers

Susan Cosgrove is the Executive Chairperson and a member of the Board of Managers at R&T Deposit Solutions. She plays a pivotal role in guiding the organization's strategic direction, with a focus on enhancing risk management, resiliency, and security to ensure long-term sustainability and growth. Ms. Cosgrove is dedicated to strengthening client relationships, expanding product offerings, and advancing the company's technology infrastructure. Leveraging her over 30 years of experience in financial and securities technology, she implements innovative strategies that align with R&T's vision and goals.

Ms. Cosgrove's expertise includes clearing, liquidity management, and collateral optimization, gained from her tenure at the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation (DTCC), where she served as Chief Financial Officer. She began her career at PwC, is a Certified Public Accountant, and holds a BBA in Accounting and Finance from Baruch College.

Nigel Faulkner is an Independent Manager on the Board of Managers of R&T Deposit Solutions and a member of the Audit, Risk & Compliance Committee. With over 30 years of experience in global financial services technology, Mr. Faulkner has a proven track record of formulating and executing critical business strategies, driving innovation, and leading transformative change in leading financial organizations. His career includes significant roles at T. Rowe Price, Goldman Sachs, and Credit Suisse, with extensive international experience in London, New York, Hong Kong, and Johannesburg.

In addition to his role at R&T, Mr. Faulkner serves as a Non-Participant Director at the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation (DTCC), a Director at Allspring Financial Investments, and a Senior Advisor to Goldman Sachs Private Equity.

Mike Hollander is a Manager on the Board of Managers of R&T Deposit Solutions. He also serves as a Managing Director at GTCR. Mr. Hollander has extensive experience in private equity, having previously worked at Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe and Fremont Partners. He began his career in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Salomon Smith Barney. He holds a BS in Economics, with concentrations in Accounting and Finance, from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated with honors.

Mr. Hollander is a Director of Allspring Global Investments, CAPTRUST, and Ultimus Fund Solutions. He has been instrumental in several key GTCR investments and actively participates in community and philanthropic efforts, serving as Chair of the Smithsonian Institution’s National Portrait Gallery and on the Board of Directors of the Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago.

Darrin Jeffries is a Manager on the Board of Managers of R&T Deposit Solutions. He brings extensive expertise in M&A structuring and execution, portfolio company support, and operational management, including financial controls and legal compliance. Mr. Jeffries also serves on the boards of North Square Investments, PMA Financial Network, and Abel Noser Holdings, among others. Before joining Estancia in 2015, he was a partner at Plattner, Schneidman, Schneider & Jeffries, P.C., where he advised clients across various industries on transactional, tax, and compliance matters, managing over 100 mergers and acquisitions.

Joseph Jerkovich is the President & Chief Executive Officer of R&T Deposit Solutions and serves on the Board of Managers. In his role, Mr. Jerkovich is responsible for creating, communicating, and implementing the organization's vision, mission, strategy, and overall direction. He oversees the executive committee and the functional areas of the organization.

Before joining R&T, Mr. Jerkovich was Vice President and Chief Investment Officer at Winklevoss Consulting. He has also held senior management positions in the U.S. operations of the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (predecessor to Natixis) and began his career at KPMG Peat Marwick, providing tax consulting services to international banks and financial organizations.

David Kimm is an Independent Manager on the Board of Managers of R&T Deposit Solutions and chairs the Audit, Risk & Compliance Committee. He is a seasoned financial services executive with deep expertise in business operations, risk management, and financial oversight. Currently, he serves as a senior advisor at McKinsey & Co. and has previously held executive roles, including Chief Risk Officer and Treasurer at TD Ameritrade Holding Co., and CFO positions at Fidelity Investments. Mr. Kimm has also served on the Board of the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation (DTCC) and other corporate boards.

David Lalo is a Manager on the Board of Managers of R&T Deposit Solutions. He serves as a Director at GTCR focused on investments in financial services and technology businesses. Mr. Lalo joined GTCR in 2019, bringing experience from his previous roles as an Associate at Bain Capital and as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company. Mr. Lalo holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Harvard College.

Keegan Mitchell is a Manager on the Board of Managers of R&T Deposit Solutions. He is a Vice President at Estancia Capital, where he focuses on evaluating, identifying, and assisting in executing new investment opportunities. In addition, he concentrates on portfolio monitoring, valuation and LP reporting. In addition to R&T, Mr. Mitchell serves as a Board member for Flagstone IM. Ltd, StrategyCorps, LLC, Geneva Capital Management, LLC and North Square Investments, LLC. Mr. Mitchell holds a Master in Economics from North Carolina State University.

Takashi Moriuchi is a Co-Founder of Estancia Capital and a Manager on the Board of Managers of R&T Deposit Solutions. He is responsible for sourcing, executing, and driving the growth of Estancia’s portfolio companies. Mr. Moriuchi also plays a significant role in firm leadership, strategy, and management, as well as developing relationships with limited partners. He previously served on the Board of Managers at Equinoxe Alternative Investment Services and has a long history of investing in financial services, including financial technology and asset management.

Collin Roche is a Co-CEO and Managing Director at GTCR and a Manager on the Board of Managers of R&T Deposit Solutions. He has a distinguished background in financial services and technology, having held positions at EVEREN Securities and Goldman Sachs. Mr. Roche holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Political Economy from Williams College. He is actively involved in various charitable organizations and serves on several corporate boards.

Sara Wardell-Smith is an Independent Manager on the Board of Managers of R&T Deposit Solutions and a member of the Audit, Risk & Compliance Committee. She has a distinguished career in global financial services, including leadership roles at Visa and Wells Fargo. At Visa, she led initiatives to modernize payment systems, while at Wells Fargo, she was an Executive Vice President and a key member of the Management Committee. Ms. Wardell-Smith also serves as an Independent Director on the boards of Axos Financial and the Provenance Blockchain Foundation.
