Susan Cosgrove
Executive Chairperson
Susan Cosgrove is the Executive Chairperson and a member of the Board of Managers at R&T Deposit Solutions. She plays a pivotal role in guiding the organization's strategic direction, with a focus on enhancing risk management, resiliency, and security to ensure long-term sustainability and growth. Ms. Cosgrove is dedicated to strengthening client relationships, expanding product offerings, and advancing the company's technology infrastructure. Leveraging her over 30 years of experience in financial and securities technology, she implements innovative strategies that align with R&T's vision and goals.
Ms. Cosgrove's expertise includes clearing, liquidity management, and collateral optimization, gained from her tenure at the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation (DTCC), where she served as Chief Financial Officer. She began her career at PwC, is a Certified Public Accountant, and holds a BBA in Accounting and Finance from Baruch College.
Joseph Jerkovich
President & Chief Executive Officer
Joseph Jerkovich, CPA is the President & Chief Executive Officer of R&T Deposit Solutions and serves on the Board of Managers. In his role, Mr. Jerkovich is responsible for creating, communicating, and implementing the organization's vision, mission, strategy, and overall direction. He oversees the Executive Committee and the functional areas of the organization.
Before joining R&T, Mr. Jerkovich was Vice President and Chief Investment Officer at Winklevoss Consulting. He has also held senior management positions in the U.S. operations of the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (predecessor to Natixis) and began his career at KPMG Peat Marwick, providing tax consulting services to international banks and financial organizations. Joe is a Certified Public Accountant. He earned his Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from New York University and his Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
Kevin Bannerton
Executive Vice President, Chief Product Officer
Kevin Bannerton serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Product Officer at R&T. In this role, he oversees the strategic direction, development, and financial performance of the firm's product portfolio. Previously, he was responsible for sales, marketing, and finance at Total Bank Solutions (TBS), which was acquired by R&T in 2022. In that role he played a key role in advancing R&T/TBS’s strategy of providing platform-based technology solutions to wealth managers and banks, delivering value to clients, creating efficiencies, and driving revenue growth.
Prior to joining TBS, Mr. Bannerton served as Managing Director and Head of the Americas Liquidity Management business at Deutsche Bank, where he led sales and distribution efforts for the Insured Deposit Program, Money Market Mutual Funds, and cash/short duration fixed income separate accounts. He also worked as an Institutional Fixed Income Product Specialist at BlackRock, assisting corporations, pension funds, asset managers, and other institutions in designing investment policies and implementing customized fixed income portfolios. His previous experience includes senior sales and investment advisory roles at Merrill Lynch. Kevin Bannerton holds a BS in Finance from Villanova University and an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Boston College. He also holds FINRA Series 7, 65, and Principal licenses and is a Deutsche Bank Ambassador.
Michelle Barone
Executive Vice President, Chief Revenue Officer
Michelle Barone serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer at R&T. In this role, she has overall responsibility for R&T’s growth and go-to-market strategies, and she leads R&T’s sales, relationship management and revenue operations teams. Prior to joining R&T, Ms. Barone worked for more than 25 years of experience at FIS, a global provider of financial services technology solutions, where she held senior roles in Sales and Account Management across various industry verticals, including Banking, Fintech, and Broker-Dealer. Ms. Barone also led the Corporate Liquidity business in North America, managing the sales and support of Treasury products.
Before her tenure at FIS, Ms. Barone worked in banking for eight years as Assistant Treasurer at JP Morgan Chase, where she led teams in Cash Management and Electronic Banking. She has extensive experience in the products offered by R&T, the markets served, and expertise in Sales and Account Management functions.
Sabra Baum
Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary
Sabra Baum is the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at R&T. She is responsible for overseeing all legal aspects of the company. Ms. Baum has a rich background in financial services and provides strategic legal advice and guidance to the firm.
Before joining R&T, Ms. Baum was Head of Legal at Wolters Kluwer’s Tax & Accounting division, leading the global legal team. She also held various legal leadership roles at M&T Bank, including overseeing corporate governance, public disclosures, M&A transactions, and regulatory matters, and she supported the Wealth & Institutional Services Division of Wilmington Trust and enterprise-wide banking divisions. Ms. Baum began her career as a corporate and M&A attorney at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP and Double Rock Corporation. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from Murdoch University in Perth, Australia, and a Masters of Law from the University of Toronto. She is also a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) and Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US).
Joe Carroll
Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer
Joe Carroll is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at R&T. In this role, Mr. Carroll leads the company’s business operations and client lifecycle management teams, driving modernization and scalability. Before joining R&T, Mr. Carroll worked at Bartlett Wealth Management, where he served as Director of Strategy and Business Operations. In that role, he was responsible for developing organizational structures and process efficiencies to support long-term growth. Prior to Bartlett, Mr. Carroll held various positions at Public Trust Advisors LLC, including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Development Officer, and Vice President of Investment Advisory Services. His responsibilities included leading firmwide projects, such as new product development and enterprise software implementations.
Christopher Gerosa
Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Christopher Gerosa is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at R&T, overseeing the Finance Division, including Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Treasury Management, and Tax. Before joining R&T, Mr. Gerosa was the CFO at MarketAxess Holdings Inc., where he managed a global finance function. During his tenure at MarketAxess, he also served as Head of Accounting and Finance with global responsibility for Accounting, Regulatory and the SEC Reporting, Tax, Treasury Management, and Financial Planning & Analysis functions. Previously, Mr. Gerosa held senior roles at Primus Guaranty Ltd. and has experience at Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs. Mr. Gerosa began his career at Arthur Andersen.
Kimberley Liao
Executive Vice President, Head of Regulatory Relations & Affairs
Kimberley Liao is Executive Vice President and Head of Regulatory Relations & Affairs at R&T. In this role, Ms. Liao serves as the company’s central point of contact for financial regulators and is responsible for overseeing regulatory risk management across the organization. Previously, Ms. Liao worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, supervising systemically important financial institutions and technology service providers. She has been involved in initiatives like the study on distributed ledger technologies and the New York Innovation Center. Ms. Liao holds a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School at Tufts University and a Bachelor of Science from the Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University.
Jason Mull
Executive Vice President, Chief Risk Officer, Chief Information Security Officer
Jason Mull is Executive Vice President, Chief Risk Officer, and Chief Information Security Officer at R&T. He oversees the company’s enterprise risk management and information security strategies, which includes helping to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of R&T’s data assets. Mr. Mull has extensive experience in information protection, including work for financial services, military, and civil federal government agencies. Before joining R&T, he was the Chief Information Security Officer at CLS Bank International. He has also served in the New Jersey Army National Guard and was a board member at the Analysis & Resilience Center for Systemic Risk.
Mieko Shibata
Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer
Mieko Shibata is the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at R&T, responsible for the organization's technology strategy. She previously held technology leadership roles at Bank of America (BofA), including Head of Global Markets Regulatory Reporting Technology and Head of Global Markets FX / OTC Derivatives Post Trade and Transaction Reporting. Prior to BofA, Ms. Shibata spent nearly four years leading DTCC’s derivatives technology group and global trades repository. Ms. Shibata has also worked at J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley, where she held senior roles in technology and operations. She began her career at Morgan Stanley’s Tokyo office, later moving to the London and New York offices.
Jeffrey Zuendt
Executive Vice President, Chief Deposit Officer
Jeffrey W. Zuendt serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Deposit Officer at R&T. He manages the firm's funding and capacity management operations, focusing on developing deposit relationships for unique deposit programs. Additionally, Mr. Zuendt provides oversight into the company's Demand Deposit Marketplace® product, including insurance limits and capacity. Mr. Zuendt previously served as Senior Vice President, Assistant Treasurer at Investors Bank, where he managed interest rate risk, liquidity, and budget modeling. He began his career at Hudson City Savings Bank as a financial analyst in the Treasury Department. Mr. Zuendt holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Rider University, with a double major in Finance and Management and Leadership. He received the New Jersey Bankers Rising Star Award in 2019 and has been a volunteer firefighter for over 20 years.
