Strategic Advisor, Regulatory Affairs

Jason Cave brings over 30 years of experience in public leadership, regulatory development, and financial institution stability. He has held significant roles at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA), shaping regulations to promote stability across the banking, mortgage finance, and technology sectors.

At the FDIC, Jason led capital markets operations and the bank risk oversight program, delivering large-scale regulatory initiatives by collaborating with bankers, market participants, and regulators both in the U.S. and internationally. He represented the FDIC on the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision for over a decade.

As the founder of the FHFA's Office of Financial Technology, Jason built a network of over 100 market participants in the mortgage and technology industries and served on the Financial Stability Oversight Committee, working alongside federal and state regulators to establish new standards for large non-bank firms. He also oversaw Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac as Conservator, enhancing their capital, liquidity, operational resilience, and readiness programs.

Marie Chinnici-Everitt

Strategic Advisor, Marketing

Marie E. Chinnici-Everitt is the founder and principal of MCE Strategic Consulting, specializing in marketing, branding, leadership communications, crisis communications, and public relations. With extensive experience and strategic insight, Marie helps organizations enhance their brand presence, engage with stakeholders, and navigate communication challenges. Previously, she served as Managing Director and Chief Marketing Officer at DTCC, where she oversaw global brand image, business marketing, corporate communications, and public relations while managing DTCC’s Tampa office. Her career includes driving global brand growth exceeding $2.2 billion in revenue and spearheading corporate transformation initiatives.

Marie is an active board member of the Tampa Bay Economic Development Council (TBEDC) and Feeding Tampa Bay. Her past governance roles include serving on the Board of Trustees for the University of Tampa and participating in the International Women’s Forum and the Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce’s Protégé Program as a mentor. Named Tampa Bay Business Journal’s Woman of the Year for Financial Services in 2016 and a finalist in 2017, Marie is recognized for her strategic, results-oriented approach, passion for excellence, continuous improvement, and client-focused leadership. She was honored as one of B to B Magazine’s Top Marketers for three consecutive years (2004-2006) and won the Tampa Bay Chamber’s 2023 Dottie Berger McKinnon Woman of Influence Award. Marie holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Fairfield University and an MBA in Executive Management from St. John’s University.

Andrew Mintz

Executive Vice President, Strategic Advisor, Product

Andrew Mintz serves as Executive Vice President and Strategic Advisor at R&T, providing expert guidance to advance the technology and infrastructure of the organization. With over 30 years of experience, Andrew has been responsible for planning, implementing, and expanding R&T's enterprise information technology systems. He successfully managed the firm's proprietary technology and developed solutions to improve cost-effectiveness, service quality, and business development.



During his tenure, Andrew enhanced the firm's in-house transfer agency, implemented all bank and broker-dealer sweep technology solutions, and led the development of the firm's disaster recovery and business continuity programs. His wealth of knowledge, insight, and proven expertise is instrumental in steering R&T toward success and growth.

Robert Palatnick

Strategic Advisor, IT

Robert Palatnik is a strategic advisor to R&T’s Executive Leadership team, providing guidance to R&T’s IT division. Since October 2023, he has been the founder of Palatnick Advisory Consulting Services and serves on several advisory boards for corporations in the financial and technology industries. Rob retired in March 2023 from a 30-year career at DTCC, where he held various executive roles including Managing Director and Global Head of Technology Research and Innovation, Chief Technology Architect, and CIO of the Fixed Income Clearing Corporation.



Rob was responsible for driving strategic technology innovation at DTCC and led significant initiatives in cloud, automation, digital assets, and generative AI. He also spearheaded technology outreach and collaboration with clients, regulators, fintech vendors, and academia to advance technology innovations across the financial services industry. A prominent voice in the financial technology sector, Rob has been a featured speaker at key conferences worldwide. He was a founding member and served as Chairman of the Governing Board of the Linux Foundation’s Hyperledger Project, a collaborative effort to build and sustain an open, distributed ledger platform across industries.




Rob holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Buffalo and is an alumnus of the David Rockefeller Fellowship.
